Reelay Announces Addition of Terry Schallich to Board of Advisors
Scottsdale, AZ – August 28, 2023 – As Reelay Meetings, Inc. (www.reelay.com) introduces the world’s smartest meeting productivity platform, the pioneering artificial intelligence (AI) company is pleased to announce today the addition of Terry Schallich to its board of advisors. With more than two decades of senior leadership in technology investment banking, institutional brokerage management, and merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, Terry brings a wealth of corporate finance knowledge to Reelay’s already impressive team of advisors.
Mr. Schallich, having contributed to the growth and acquisition of some of the largest and most transformative companies in the world, adds significant institutional fund-raising experience to the company’s executive team.
For more than fifteen years, Terry worked alongside the founding and executive teams of many of the world's most successful technology companies, including the top-tier search engine marketing company founded in 1999 by Reelay’s Chief Revenue Officer, Jerry Wiant. In addition to providing corporate finance expertise which enabled Jerry’s company TrafficLeader, Inc. to rapidly accelerate within the online search industry, Terry also facilitated the sale of this interactive firm to Marchex, Inc. (NASDAQ: MCHX), a publicly traded digital intelligence company.

Prior to joining Reelay’s advisory board, Mr. Schallich was a member of the senior leadership team that transformed Pacific Crest Securities, an investment banking and institutional brokerage firm, into a leading independent global brand with a presence in Portland, Boston, New York, San Francisco, Beijing, Shanghai, Taipei, and London. Upon the acquisition of Pacific Crest Securities by KeyBanc Capital Markets ("KBCM"), a subsidiary of KeyCorp (NASDAQ: KEY), Terry led KBCM's Tech Investment banking group for seven years.
During his time at KBCM, his team spearheaded M&A advisory activities and debt and equity capital markets transactions for numerous clients including Zoom Video Communications, Inc., Alibaba Group Holding Limited, Amber Road, Inc., nCino, Inc., On24, and UiPath.

Terry earned his degree in Political Science from Yale University.
