How does Reelay handle file storage and security?

Reelay sends all files securely through a secure connection to our server. The file is then uploaded to a private S3 bucket inside of AWS. When a file is requested Reelay checks user permissions to see if the file should be accessible. Read more here.

Do Reelay users need to whitelist domains internally or prepare firewalls?

No. You will use Reelay just like any other Web App. It will be available to you and any members through authentication directly through the platform.
